Mr. Hulick leads the development and implementation of investment strategies at PCC. With his extensive experience across various real estate strategies, Darren is pivotal in evaluating opportunities for presentation to the firm’s Investment Committee.
Before his role at PCC, Darren was a Managing Director at DB Capital Management. There, he led the acquisitions and asset management teams, playing a crucial role in building the company’s project pipeline and overseeing its execution.
Previously, Darren served as Manager on the mergers and acquisitions team at NGL Energy Partners, where he was involved in the acquisition and disposition of over $1.3 billion in midstream oil and gas assets. Before joining NGL Energy Partners, he was a Senior Associate in the Advisory and Consulting group at Ernst & Young.
Darren earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the Leeds School of Business at the University of Colorado. He is a CFA Charterholder and an active member of the CFA Society of Colorado.
