Hunter Graul

Partner & Head of Acquisitions

Mr. Graul spearheads the off-market acquisition strategy for PCC. His background in acquisitions and brokerage has equipped him with comprehensive expertise in identifying, evaluating, and structuring multifamily investments throughout PCC’s target markets. 

Before his tenure at PCC, Hunter served as Vice President of Investments at DB Capital Management. There, he was instrumental in the acquisition of over 3,000 multifamily units across Texas, Colorado, Utah, and Nevada, significantly contributing to the firm’s growth and its expansion into new markets. 

Earlier in his career, Hunter distinguished himself as a broker at Marcus & Millichap and Institutional Property Advisors. During his six years in these roles, he specialized in the disposition and acquisition of multifamily properties for both private and institutional clients, successfully closing transactions totaling more than $800 million. 

Hunter earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a focus on Real Estate from the Fowler College of Business at San Diego State University. He is an active member of both the Urban Land Institute and The Real Estate Council of Austin. 

Outside the office, Hunter leads an active lifestyle. He is an avid outdoorsman who enjoys spending time on the lake or ski slopes with his friends and family.
