As Head of Capital Markets, Mr. Ricks focuses on raising both equity and debt for PCC projects. Nate has experience in complex deal structuring including investments with private REITs, family offices, institutional asset managers and private equity funds. On the debt side, Nate has experience working with the agencies, debt funds, insurance companies, banks and structured equity.
Prior to his role at PCC, Nate was Director of Investments at DB Capital Management, providing comprehensive support for all aspects related to the firm’s portfolio. He was intimately involved in the development and execution of DB Capital’s investment strategy and played an important role in developing and underwriting an extensive pipeline throughout Utah, Colorado, Texas and Nevada.
Prior to joining DB Capital, Nate worked as a Sales Consultant for DR Horton in their Utah division. He became the top selling consultant, achieving the highest dollar volume in Utah in 2019. He also oversaw marketing, construction, and closing efforts, which led to an increase in foot and website traffic, as well as on-time deliveries and closings.
Nate earned his Master of Real Estate Development at the University of Southern California. While attending USC, he was selected to represent the program as a member of the 2021 NAIOP team. He also holds his Bachelors of Science in Business Management from Brigham Young University.
